Community-Building Grants - Milwaukee Counties

The Catholic Community Foundation supports initiatives that strengthen families and parishes and help those suffering from poverty, discrimination and violence. Eligibility is limited to organizations listed in the Official Catholic Directory. However, other tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organizations whose missions are consistent with that of the church may also apply.
