Membership Enhancement Packages
For the last 15 years, NCJA members have received access to “no-cost” training and technical assistance (TTA) supported by the Department of Justice. This TTA allowed for more in-depth TTA at no additional cost to states. To ensure the availability of critical TTA in the wake of federal funding elimination, NCJA is offering two new packages for access to our formerly DOJ-supported TTA centers.
The TTA packages were developed for state and local agencies to provide members with access to NCJA’s TTA centers. These centers serve Byrne JAG, Byrne SCIP, VOCA, RSAT and VAWA administrators and grantees, as well as other federal grants, public safety agencies and state criminal justice planning boards!
We have created these new packages to provide options for agencies to work within their own procurement practices. They are designed to work in tandem with NCJA’s previously announced contract services. The new membership enhancement package and TTA hours buckets are available through a monthly subscription/ membership enhancement for SAAs and other agencies or their subawards.
The services provide peace of mind for your agency to know that support is available when needed. Services can also be leveraged to benefit new hires, provide grant administration assistance during tight deadlines or busy times, periods when understaffed, assistance with new regulations, light project advisement, best practices research/sharing, making peer-to-peer or SME connections, and providing feedback on drafted NOFOs and policies.
The Membership Enhancement package is only available to current organizational members. NCJA members receive discount rates for the TTA bucket package.

TTA Membership Enhancement Package
$2,000 per month, per agency: Subscriptions can come in 1-, 3-, 6-, and 12-month increments. You can also purchase multiple subscriptions for different programmatic staff. Save an additional 10 percent if you buy a year at a time.
This package offers:

Access to pre-recorded trainings and resources. Additional trainings will also be added throughout the year. Trainings can include grants management training, finance training, etc.

One 50 percent off coupon for 1 person for 1 new training * This does not include the NCJA Forum, Grants Management Training Day or the NCJA Policy Summit.

Up to 10 Center TTA staff hours for consultation or project support per month - This can be used for access to either/both of the NCJA Centers.
