Services Benefiting Detroit Youth

The Skillman Foundation awards grants for services that benefit Detroit-area children and youth. Impact areas include: education, safety, community leadership and youth development. The Foundation generally awards one-year grants that range from $20K - $200K. Multi-year grants are awarded on a case-by-case basis in special situations. Eligible applicants are 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations and government or public agencies that have the ability to make meaningful social impact coupled with solid financial and operational practices.
