Summary:The Stulman Charitable Foundation funds 501(c)(3) organizations whose programs address one or more of the following in greater Baltimore and the State of Maryland: research as to causes and treatment of mental illness and services for people with mental illness and their families; improving the prevention and management of chronic disease; and increasing access to care for disadvantaged populations Higher educational institutions.
