Health Care for the Remaining Uninsured

The, Blue Shield of California Foundation seeks to promote the development, implementation, and expansion of county-based models that effectively address the healthcare needs of California�s uninsured by supporting work that: (1) moves existing county-level programs towards more comprehensive access and coverage options for uninsured residents; and (2) informs strategy and policy discussions on how to meet the healthcare needs of California�s immigrant and remaining uninsured populations. Eligible applicants are 501(c)(3) nonprofits that primarily serve Californians.
