Conference Registration

Register online or by email for the 2019 Forum on Criminal Justice. Individual and group registration is available. See fees and instructions below.  

Attending workshops before or after the conference? See registration information below. Unless otherwise noted, all events will be hosted at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City.

Early Bird Rate (before July 20): $435
Regular and Onsite Rate: $485

Non-Members

Early Bird Rate (before July 20): $495

Online Registration

Click here to register online. Payment can be made by credit card or the Mail My Check option. If opting to pay by the Mail My Check (bill me later) option, login to your account and click My Account. Your invoice will be found in the My Transactions section. You will have the option to print the invoice there. Invoices may be paid by credit card, check, or purchase order.

Pre- and Post-Conference Workshops

NCJA Grants Management Training Day

Register online to attend this seminar. This training will be hosted on Sunday, September 15. Registration for this session is separate from the Forum on Criminal Justice. You do not need to attend the Forum to register for this seminar. Fees are $300 per person before July 20 and $350 after this date. Lunch is included in the registration.

Cancelling Your Registration

All cancellations must be received by the NCJA in writing and be acknowledge with a cancellation confirmation email. Send notice of cancellation to info@ncja.org.

Refunds are based on date of cancellation:

  • Prior to August 3: full refund.
  • August 3 - 26: $100 cancellation fee.
  • After August 26 or does not attend the Forum: no refund given.
