How Can I Access Technical Assistance?

The Grants Management Technical Assistance (GMTA) Program is a critical addition to the DHS/FEMA delivery of technical assistance and is available to eligible recipients at no charge.

To request assistance, please identify the areas of need in grants management and complete the Technical Assistance Request Form found in Appendix A of the DHS Technical Assistance Catalog.  Subrecipients should submit their form to the SAA for signature ad approval.  Direct recipients such as SAAs, Port Administrators, etc. should submit their form to FEMA-TARequest@fema.gov for routing and approval by their FEMA Program Analyst.

For more information on the Grants Management Technical Assistance Program, please contact the DHS Centralized Scheduling and Information Desk at ASKcsid@dhs.gov or contact NCJA Senior Staff Associate Lisa Nine Accordini, laccordini@ncja.org, or call (202) 421-7693.
